Legal & Licensing
Last updated 3 September 2026
This page describes how Tenet Boxing uses third-party and licensed materials on the website and in the app. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Our content
The Tenet Boxing wordmark, site design, software, three-dimensional assets, shader code, and original copy are owned by Surface Tension or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws. Unless expressly permitted in our Terms, you may not reproduce or adapt them.
Training and gym media
Looping video plates shown on in-product displays and the marketing site are derived from training footage captured for Tenet Boxing or licensed for exclusive display within the product. Clips are cropped, graded, and transformed for presentation on retro display surfaces. Raw source files are not distributed publicly.
Where footage depicts identifiable individuals, it is shown only with appropriate rights or permissions for the intended use. Contact us if you believe you appear in published media and wish to discuss removal or correction.
Reference and illustrative imagery
Some still images — including motion-study and symbolic references used in product visuals — are either created in-house, licensed stock, or used under fair use / fair dealing for transformative presentation inside the product interface. These assets are not offered for download or reuse outside Tenet Boxing.
Three-dimensional models
Display hardware shown in the experience is represented by proprietary or licensed three-dimensional models optimised for real-time rendering. Model geometry, materials, and derived formats remain subject to the underlying licence. Redistribution of model files is prohibited.
Typography
Display typefaces are loaded under their respective open or commercial font licences. Font files are subsetted for web delivery and are not separately licensed to end users.
Public information and industry data
Tenet Boxing may present boxing schedules, rankings, results, and related facts compiled from publicly available sources, official announcements, and licensed data feeds. We normalise and analyse this information to produce original summaries, visualisations, and predictions. We do not claim ownership of underlying factual sporting results or third-party trade marks belonging to promoters, broadcasters, or governing bodies.
Automated collection of public information is performed only from sources whose terms permit the use, and only for purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We do not disclose the internal tooling used to ingest or process that information.
Social platforms and embeds
If we link to or embed content from social networks, video platforms, or other third-party sites, that content remains subject to the platform's terms and the rights of the original uploader. Embeds are used for marketing, demonstration, or citation — not to imply endorsement by the platform or athlete unless explicitly stated.
We do not authorise third parties to scrape Tenet Boxing pages or app interfaces to rebuild our datasets, models, or proprietary media.
Open-source components
The Services incorporate open-source software components. Copyright notices and licence texts for those components are available on request at hello@tenetboxing.com. Open-source licences apply only to the specific components they cover, not to Tenet Boxing as a whole.
Trademarks
Third-party names, logos, and trade marks appearing in the Services belong to their respective owners. Reference to a third party does not imply sponsorship or affiliation unless we say so explicitly.
DMCA / copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@tenetboxing.com including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing and where it appears
- Your contact information
- A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act for the owner
